PSL Datatrack has five main areas for financial control. These are Invoicing, Credit Notes, Purchase Invoicing, Job Costing and Multi-Currency. Financial functions such as valuing the outstanding order book and stock valuations are also available.
Invoicing & Credit Notes
PSL Datatrack enables invoicing of delivered items to be produced quickly and easily using information from deliveries and works orders.

Job Costing
Accurate costing and review is vital to the profitability of any company. The PSL Datatrack Job Costing module, installed alongside purchasing modules and SFDC enables management to review all financial aspects of a job - process, material, sub-contract, tooling, etc.

The Purchase Invoicing module provides the ability to reconcile and validate supplier invoices to ensure that payments are made for goods at the correct price and in the correct quantities.

Multi-Currency
PSL Datatrack is able to run with any currency as its base (usually sterling) with all other currencies dealt with as foreign and managed with an exchange rate.
