PSL is a fantastic company to deal with. The service we receive from them is excellent, as is the software it supplies.
PSL supply an excellent production control software solution which has been the backbone of our business. Great staff and professionally run.
Ideal software for a subcontractor.
For us, this was the best decision we have made. The system works continuously in the background to give you every bit of information you think you need and much, much more. We cannot thank PSL Datatrack enough for everything they have done for us.
We’ve been customers of PSL for over 5 years now and Datatrack has made a huge, positive difference to the way we work. Whereas before, we’d have Excel spreadsheets here, Word documents there and random pieces of paper everywhere, Datatrack has brought all this together and now everything works seamlessly. The team themselves are very quick to assist if we have any problems and I cannot fault their service.
We have used PSL Datatrack for over 3 years now and cannot fault the support. We wouldn’t have been able to grow at the rate we have without their help!
We have been customers of PSL Datatrack for over 15 years. The software is purpose-built for companies such as ourselves and allows production, despatch and accounts to work together seamlessly. PSL Datatrack is very user-friendly and easily picked up by our employees. We cannot fault their customer service as the friendly and helpful staff are always on the other side of the phone to help with any queries or technical difficulties.
PSL has been an absolute asset to our company and its growth. They are a great company to work with and are always at hand to help when needed, from start-up to continued support. Highly recommend their system and company.
We have used PSL software for many years at Qualiturn Products Limited. Good staff are key to a business, but they also need quality software in place to help them achieve. PSL delivers great control and even better results.
Great company to deal with. Caffyn Engineering Ltd would not be as successful or efficient as it is without PSL. PSL has allowed us to have full visibility over the business, keeping us at the front and sticking to our promises.
We could see the benefits that PSL would bring to us from just having the initial demonstration. Since installing the system and going live it has streamlined our whole order book processes from quotation through to invoice. The system is very easy to use and navigate, and information readily-available at the click of a button which also help with customer audits.
