Process Layouts extend a sales quotation to provide additional engineering definition. Two scheduling options are available, Work In Progress and the Sequential Scheduler. Modules are also available for Tool Management which covers management of a tool library (Tool Definitions) and definition for a Bill of Tools.
Process Layouts/Route Cards can be set up to provide a complete engineering definition for the production of a component or assembly.

The Work In Progress module provides capacity planning for all outstanding production by available resources. The progress throughout each process is clearly tracked and reported.

Bill of Tools
Defines the tools required for manufacturing a specific component when made on specific machines. Tool setup sheets can be generated and issued with the job pack for the shop floor.
